Our Support and Commitment to Israel
At this critical time for our people, our support of and commitment to Israel is crucial. No matter our political views or speculations about future possibilities, our people in Israel need to know that we stand with them.
In this miraculous time when there is a free, democratic, independent State of Israel we must work to make all the people in the Conservative/Masorti Movement aware of the importance of Israel as the center of our religious and cultural lives. Information should be made available to all to enhance their understanding of the place of Israel in our lives and the centrality of the work of our Conservative/Masorti Movement there. It is out sacred task to take advantage of the many opportunities available to educate our people on the important issues of the day, strengthen their ties to the State of Israel and its citizens, and enhance our capabilities to assist those members of our own Movement who make Israel their home.
