"TRY" & USY High Have Outstanding Semesters

With the arrival at the end of January of 48 high school students, "TRY", the four-month Ramah Jerusalem High School, and USY High, the two-month program, opened for studies this year.

Tichon Ramah Yerushalayim (TRY) currently offers 10th and 11th grade students a four-month second-semester program each spring. USY High (11th and 12th graders) provides students the opportunity to participate in two months of the Jerusalem High School experience and then return to finish the semester at their home schools.

Both tracks are fully accredited academic programs, providing all students with a continuation of their required courses of instruction in all subjects, as well as an outstanding program in Israeli and Jewish history, all within a Ramah setting of joyful Conservative Jewish living.

As TRY and USY High have finished their studies, participants in the two Conservative Movement summer programs – USY Pilgrimage and Ramah Seminar – are currently arriving. This year, there will be 265 high school students on the various USY programs (some to Israel alone and others to Europe and Israel). Ramah Seminar will have around 300 participants this summer, with over 100 going to Poland first and with an additional 15 first being part of the new 'Yarok' program in Israel focusing on environmental issues in the south of Israel.
